Account hacked, cannot do anything

My Microsoft email has been changed and I dont have the access to it anymore. That means i cant file an account recovery form. I want to transfer my minecraft account to another email, i can provide minecraft information. I lost all access to thr hacked microsoft, got hacked by @rambler.ru

Minecraft and Microsoft arent helping me, i can provide billing info ns stuff like that

You should still be able to use the account recovery process as it just asks for a working email:

"You'll need a working email account that you can access. We'll use this account to send you information about your request. You can use any active email account, even one belonging to a friend or relative."

So, does that mean I really cannot do anything? Or will I keep getting hacked until the person stops hacking me?
