Account hacked and suspended by Microsoft. Anyway to refund my purchases?

My account was recently hacked by an email .....@rambler.ua. I later contacted Microsoft and was told to give some info to prove it was my account. I was unfortunately told that my account cant be recovered because the new user had changed some settings. Is it possible to receive a refund for my items purchased on the account?

Xbox refunds can only be requested through the actual account. Since yours is a special case I recommend you contacting support again and ask them if something can be done

I got hacked too, did the investigation and had my account suspended for a month... still waiting on refund for the purchases and the 4000 points that were on my account that got used by that a**hole

Hi,

My account too got hacked and they permanently suspended the account. Now when I ask Microsoft to transfer my purchases (for which I have the invoices) they are not ready to do it. Any success in getting the purchases back, please advise.

I have been hacked twice now. First time 12 Jumbo packs were purchased and MS suspended my account, refunded the points and give a month's subscription. 3 days later and after resetting my password, I chuffin' got hacked again. This time the credit card
linked to my gold subscription was used to purchase 10500 MSP and then used to buy 55 Jumbo packs. Needless to say I phoned MS again and vented my spleen at them. Account suspended again pending another investigation..... I feel sorry for the poor telephone
operator who received my very unpleasant wrath.

Is there anyway if purchasing as a gift without sending an email to the recipient?
