    Account hacked and lost access


    My account has been stolen. I had my account on Minecraft, hacker changed my e-mail and also my nickname as I found and this account on my e-mail was connected to Microsoft before. I tried with this e-mail once again to try if I could create a new Microsoft account and I was able to. I deleted it now and I need your help to give me back this account! I lost entire access to it. Please, I do not want to lose my money like that!

    I can no longer access my microsoft account with my current email, am I able to transfer it to a different email so I dont lose all of my xbox information

    You cannot transfer information or game licenses etc from one account to another.

    I'm afraid it's not possible to transfer items like games etc from one account to another account.

    Since you mentioned that your account was hacked be sure to check out this link:

    If it was not a hacked issue and you lost access to an account then the only options you have are mentioned on this link:

    https://support.xbox.com/my-account/microsoft-account/lost-password-solution

    Those are all options available.

    In both cases it is not possible to make a backup of your account.
