    Account hacked and email was changed


    Hello, my account was recently hacked and the saved email was changed to something @rambler which is a Russian email. I have contacted support many times to try to get my data transferred to a new account or recover my account they escalated my request and suspended the account. I have a lot of progress on that account and have paid for gamepass. Something else is that the agent always tells me the information that I have given was enough to possibly get my account back then I get an email saying the request was closed due to a lack of information. The name on the account was changed to Moe Kurumi then username is IMGAY2915 if you want to see the account for yourself. I have also experienced other things getting logged into like my steam, and my Gmail, and even my discord. This is really bothering me. If someone can help me recover my account I would be so grateful

    I tried using the 'account recovery form' however it asks for the email of the account but since it was hacked and the email was changed I dont know the email.

    I have exact the same problem. My Email was hacked a few days ago and i think somehow the hack also hacked my Microsoft which has the Email and changed the Email from my Minecraft account to another one.

    Sorry, there's no one on this forum that is able to assist with hacked accounts. You would need to exclusively speak with Xbox Support and ask them to file an unauthorized use request ticket. You can reach out to phone support
