Account Hacked and Email changed

Hello,

I have had a Microsoft account for many years , a few days ago I received a text saying my number had been deleted from my account. Every time I attempt to login into my account now, my email comes up as not existing on the account. I have lost access to
my Skype and Xbox in which I have spent a lot of money on downloadable content.

The issue is I have absolutely no way of getting my account. I try the online support function but it is just a robot and it keeps trying to get me to reset my password however it is impossible as the email on the account is no longer my own. I can prove
its my account with previous payment receipts and pictures of my identity. I am really struggling with any means to get hold of someone at microsoft due to there being no support function outside the robot on their site. No email or phone number.

Thank you for taking your time to read this. Any help will be greatly appreciated , I am really at a loss.

I do understand the security of my account probably needing updated but it is 5+ years old I just hadn't thought about. I just need it back.

I have made this account to be able to communicate to the forum site as a final hope
