    Account Hacked and DELETED


    On the 27st of May we received a notification on our Microsoft Authenticater that our account has been DELETED - We then tried to log into our xbox after our email have been retrieved but it says our account is no longer found. We have now lost over 15 years of data on our account and cannot retrieve. When we try to retrieve account on xbox it then throws us back to the hackers email address to get security questions etc. We require urgent attention to this case or someone from Microsoft to assist us in this matter. Microsoft firewalls was not efficient and now caused us to lose ample hours of gameplay as well as money.

    Hello again, the other way would be to contact Xbox Support and request an ATO (Accont Takeover).

    Hi George,

    The problem with this form is that I need to enter the email for my account I am trying to sign back into, but I unfortunately cannot because when I do it says that my account does not exist. Is there any other way to get my account back?
