Account Hacked and Deleted

My Minecraft Microsoft account was hacked a few months ago, and I decided to find some help on it for the last time. I've tried to fill out the forms which try to help you recover your account, but it needs you to enter the account's email address, which I do not possess since the email was changed. I am also told the account does not exist, so please help.

Hello again, the other way would be to contact Xbox Support and request an ATO (Accont Takeover).

The problem with this form is that I need to enter the email for my account I am trying to sign back into, but I unfortunately cannot because when I do it says that my account does not exist. Is there any other way to get my account back?
