Hello, I use a xbox one x, someone hacked my Microsoft account and deleted it .
I can not use my gamertag anymore .
Can you help me get it ?. I have another email address .
Can you transfer my gamertag to my new mail ?.
Thanks in advance. I'm very worried because on my gamertag I bought several games and I do not want to lose them.

You would need to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and have them do a unauthorized access unable to recover escalation at that point they will fill a form out and send it to their escalations team who will then transfer everything
over to the new account for you.

part of this form is having you create a new Microsoft account that does not have a xbox profile attached to it.

The problem with this form is that I need to enter the email for my account I am trying to sign back into, but I unfortunately cannot because when I do it says that my account does not exist. Is there any other way to get my account back?
