account hacked and cant get back in someone help

My main Microsoft account was hacked and even after filling in the form I noticed that the form does not do anything because I got a response in 30 sec and there is no way a person could review all the information in that time, so I ask for some real service for a customer that has paid for games from you. Thank you for helping me with my problem (pls not respond with a link to the recovery for it does not do anything its a bot that reply's NO)

didn't someone have a talk to us about these "cant be hacked" conversations...its makes you sound very rude...and in the end it doen't matter how they lost they're account, it's theirs and they want it back.
