    Hey im looking for an ambassador to help lift the ban on my account and gamertag

    TrueExorcist67 after my profile was accessed early in the morning

    What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

    that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

    for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

    The only team that can place bans on accounts are the PET (Enforcement Team). You would need to post in the below forum section to address the PET. That is the only section that they monitor. Please note that threads in that specific section are reviewed
    before they are published so you may not see your thread appear straight away. Alternatively, you should of been sent an email to explain the suspension. This will have been sent to the email address tied to the account in question.

    Fraud doesn't always refer to purchases.. and since your account was banned I imagine there is more to this than some purchase disagreement.

    I have not done anything and I was banned the day after my account was hacked

    No. Receiving a permanent suspension and a 14 day 1 day apart do not cancel out the permanent suspension. And since both case reviews were upheld, the bans will stick.

    Why I’m I still banned

    It sounds like you have a console ban and also had a 14 day account suspension on top of it since console bans are not even eligible for case reviews but 14 day account suspensions are.. Console bans are also not 14 days. They are always permanent. Console
    bans also dont show up on the enforcement team site as they are not eligible for case reviews.
