    2 months ago i woke up with notifications on my phone about
    suspicious     activities in my google, Microsoft, and xbox accounts i thought it was probably my brother trying to get on my xbox but i realized he was not home so i turned on my xbox and saw that my account's email has been changed,Got on microsoft to change
    my password, hacker turned on 2 step verification and deleted my previous email and added his own.i could not use my acc anymore.couple days later i sent a email 2 abuse lookout and they told me that they locked the acc.sent other messages that included my
    originating ip on my xbox and serial number of it they did not reply

    My email was suppose to change 2 months ago but it did not, but I fixed that today. The question I have here is did my halo 4 debate avatar was sent to my older email which was supposed to change 2 months ago but it did not till today sent there or I did

    Not at all. If CDOC sends a canned reply that doesnt pertain to your situation and suspends your account, what recourse do you have? It took nearly 2 months for them to reply where the form indicated a 24 hour turnaround time. They dont reply to emails
    sent back to them. They decide my fate based on inaccurate information and I cant do anything. The email reply was sent to many as i searched its contents and found a reddit thread.
