account got suspended

i was banned on Xbox for communications however now i cannot play Fifa pro clubs i understand i have been banned from communications however not being able to play games is unacceptable i have spoken with Lorraine D in the online chat and she has given me
this link because even she said i shouldn't of been banned from gaming i accept the chat ban but at this point I am just annoyed i cant play games now. i have tried resetting my xbox which did not work.

thank you for taking the time to read this i understand my case review was upheld but i didn't expect to be banned from gaming as well I am sure you can sort this issue out for me.

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. A common misconception is that a certain number of reports will result in an automatic suspension. According to the myth, even if you haven’t done anything wrong someone can get you suspended by encouraging
players to file many complaints. This is completely untrue.

The Enforcement team will investigate every report and if a suspension is needed, one will be issued. You can find more information on everything Enforcement here :

i have done a case review which got turned down however i got banned from communications not from gaming so why can i not play games??

Thanks for replying to keep us updated. If you got a communications ban only then you should be able to play games but it is possible that you have multiple bans/suspensions that are concurrent. Since you have already filed a case review and the
decision has been upheld, you will need to either wait out the time that the ban is for or you can request another review, if possible.

You may wish to go back to the
Enforcement Team to see if your ban is for more than communications or what the actual enforcement action entailed.

The team here at Forums and the Xbox Support agents can only refer you over to Enforcement as they are the only individuals who have any access to the bans/suspensions, so I apologize if you were directed here under the belief that we could effect

You have to go to Xbox Enforcement to see your situation on Xbox Live.

 

the xbox enforcement team have only told me about the communications ban nothing else so i should be able to play games but i cant?

Communications suspensions include sharing content with other players.

There are some games I know for a fact like NBA 2k in the my park feature that you have to share content with other players that if you get a communications suspension you will not be able to play that aspect of the game.

This maybe what is going on with your game.
