Account got suspended?

Hello my gamertag is tintin2508 and I need help on understanding why my account was suspended from xbox live. About an hour ago today I turned on my xbox about to load up fortnite but instead received a pop up saying my account was permanently suspended
from xbox live and even though I switched through profiles it kept showing up. The message had no information on why I got suspended but the only reason i can think of is because I've been glitching into fortnite save the world for the past couple of days.
I don't know if someone somehow noticed that I did this and reported me or if xbox detected this and decided to suspend me. Xbox please remove this suspension because I need one last challenge in the fortnite week 4 challenges and really want to get the blockbuster,
I promise I won't ever glitch into the game but instead will buy it if I ever want to play it.

Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet good luck!

Communications suspensions include sharing content with other players.

There are some games I know for a fact like NBA 2k in the my park feature that you have to share content with other players that if you get a communications suspension you will not be able to play that aspect of the game.

This maybe what is going on with your game.

i have done a case review which got turned down however i got banned from communications not from gaming so why can i not play games??
