Account got suspended for no good reason

I was playing For Honor when this person gets mad and says [Mod Removed] then proceeds to say
[Mod Removed] and I just answered [Mod Removed] and I understand that was out of line but like i got banned till the 22nd just for that and he gets no consequences, I did not call him any racial slurs so I dont understand why
its a whole 8 days.

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

If you understood that your messages were out of line, then you understand that this behavior is a violation of your agreement with the Microsoft terms of service and the Xbox Code of Conduct, which often results in getting your account banned or penalized
in some way. Trash talk over Xbox messages is generally a reportable violation.

You are not notified or updated on whether a specific user has been banned as a result of your report against them, other than the occasional generic Xbox message that would say your reports have made Xbox Live a safer place. Xbox Enforcement will issue
a ban to anybody in the conversation found to violate the Code of Conduct. Suspension lengths seem to be determined by the severity of the offense.

To review details of your suspension, you can log in to Xbox Enforcement. If eligible, you may submit a case review.

 

If even you realize the words that you said where off then I would take those 8 days to think better and dont reply to ppl to prevent this stuff and let them get the ban and not you...
