You will recieve your money back but you weren't hacked. You were phished or socially engineered. I would call your bank and have them decline those charges.

so did you contact http://support.xbox.com/en-US/?icid=furl_support with this issue? If you are correct, it could be serious problem.

Unfortunately you can not reset your stats back to 0. Only thing you can do is if you know the person. Is block communications with them and file a complaint.

And prepare to be without Xbox Live for 25 days to six months.
