Account got hacked

Hello hopefully now i found help from microsoft. My account Mrs Dranner xX got hacked. The new name is now Huey 7. Itrying sience 3 days to get back over the Secyurity question but nothing helps.what can i do to getting help?

Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet good luck!

so did you contact Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support with this issue? If you are correct, it could be serious problem.

You will recieve your money back but you weren't hacked. You were phished or socially engineered. I would call your bank and have them decline those charges.

Unfortunately you can not reset your stats back to 0. Only thing you can do is if you know the person. Is block communications with them and file a complaint.
