Account got hacked email and password has changed Gt: axinn

Hello my account with gt: Axinn has gotten hacked because the email and password have changed the original email was [Mod Removed] which the hacker changed to [Mod Removed] without me knowing. This change occurred on a Sunday or possible Saturday I'm not
sure. please escalate this case to the advocacy team asap thanks.

XBL account was hacked ( I Have proof)

Hey guys basically i got hacked and the guy changed the email/password and changed the Gamertag. Before you ask no i did not give out my email and password to anyone i learned from times before. I was hacked on January 3rd and well i just put CoD Elite Premium
on the account and just recently put a 1 year membership on that account(December 28th).Im basically wondering what i should do or say when i contact microsoft i mean i have all the GT`s and the emails and old passwords that have been on the account. Oh and
the GT he changed my name to is I SLAYED OPRAH and my GT before it was hacked was SooTD. Also, i have video proof that the account is mine

 

After my unauthorized access case was done it showed my account got banned from xbox!

I need to get my account back someone hacked it and stole it from me and i need to get it back there was no reason! The email was changed and my gamerpic got changed and i changed the password and i got my account back
but it said "banned for 12/31/9999 and it stinks cause i didn't do anything and its not fair we need this to stop thanks

Not sure what the advocacy team will do for you at this point they would tell you to do is call support

All you have to do is call support and open an unauthorized access case

Then wait it out

The adovacy group is for helping people but they arent meant to be frontlone people

In any case od unauthorized access you must start it with support if there is problems with the case then adovacybperson may help

And never put your sr number in a public forum

That is private info

If the said person says sr 10whatever and then the agent says oh hi mister blank

They just gave away your privTe info

You really should read the account security article

Never ever give personal info out

Sr numbers are only visible to ms personnel not forum people

And displaying it in a public way wint help you
