Account got blocked (not banned)

Hello there,

Yesterday I suddenly had to login with email and password on XBOX Live, and so I did. However a message popped up that something was wrong with my account and that I had to check this on the PC. When I tried to login on PC there was a message that someone
else might use my account as well, and had to approve this was my account. And here is the point: I cannot approve this account is mine, al the points they are asking for count not for me. I send no emails with it, I just only use it for my XBOX Live account.

Hope someone can help me with this, I really want to play online again with my account.

This should definitely be reported. Yes, you should take steps to protect yourself, like getting a new IP address and setting up a new user account, but report the activity to Microsoft. It will most likely result in a ban for this member, which he can set up a new account with a new name and IP, but maybe you can block him? If you find out how to block him, then you can just keep blocking every time they send you something. If hes just sending you messages just delete, report and ignore.

 

My accounts been hacked and getting the run around from xbox

So someone hacked your account, changed your motto, got the account banned and then just gave you the account back??

You can access your account when you are on suspension, its only live access that is blocked.
