Account got banned pls help

There is nothing anybody here on the forums can do for you, as the Xbox Enforcement team does not post here, nor does anyone else have access to your Enforcement records.

You will need to log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com with the banned account, and submit a case review as your appeal (if eligible).

my account was hacked and I got it back but my gamertag was changed and my 34 dollars was gone also got banned pls help

Unfortunately as the code of conduct states, You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, When it comes to an enforcement action it does not matter if it was someone else that caused the code of conduct violation on your account.

You can appeal your suspension, if it's for over 24 hours, by visiting this page:

If your appeal is unsuccessful, we advise you to learn from your mistakes and ride out your suspension time.

Hi there while your response has been answered by two ambassadors when you or someone else puts up a inappropriate image of whatever it maybe it gets flagged by another user or the system it self my advice would be to enable a password or a pin system
so if your away from your xbox next time and your friend decides to mess around with your system they should't be able too.

I am sorry this has happened to you and rest assured that the enforcement team does not take these situations lightly hence why you received the ban.
