    Account Gone


    I turned on my Xbox 360 and it brought me to the sign in menu and I couldn’t find my Gold account () and I tried to download my account and it said credential error, and since there was an Xbox 360 app on my iPhone 8 I was able to login there
    and now I don’t know what to do.

    Is there a quick way to remove data/clear my xbone?

    Going to sell it so want all data and accounts gone

    Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

    is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

    Make sure your account is fully removed from the console and try to download the profile again.

    Are you saying that his account is "not LIVE" or he was playing offline?

    Basically, if you don't know the log in information for an account, you would have to contact phone support to regain access to the account.

    Depending on how much your son used your account, it might be easier for him to create a new account.

    Are you referring to the GT you are posting from right now? What is the exact error message/code you get when you try to recover (forums.xbox.com/.../37357.aspx).

    If you created an account with an existing email address but the email is no longer working you should try contacting nokiamail to find out what happened.

    As for the gamertag itself, if you don't have the info for it then give phone support a try. They may be able to look into it to make sure the tag is still out there for you. +31 202036606
