    Account gone after update???


    I updated my xbox and when i tried to sign back in after the console finished whatever it was doing, it said something about my account was wrong. I tried to sign in on my computer, but when i did it said i was suspended for spam so they sent a code to
    my email. I got the code and put it in but then my account was gone and it gave me a new one. I have two emails so i tried both, but it gave me a new account for both

    Titanfall XBOX one

    it tied to your account . so after reformatting it and such . its gone on the one. till you boot up a one again(if you ever get it once more) and then dl it again

    i promoted my xbox family pack child account into an adult account and now its says i have a silver membership.

    I thought the family pack was gone after the august update and you could just switch over to a individual account.

    I'm sorry to hear that Spanger24, lets try this step and see if this does anything.

    On your Xbox one, go to settings> account> remove accounts> remove your account.

    Once done then go to the home screen, scroll to the left and down to the gear and choose restart console.

    When it's back on then add your profile and try to launch Minecraft and see if it loads your save please.
