I'm referring to the possibility of someone hacking someone's account or console and getting private info or having access to said console, in this case it'd probably be best to actually call Xbox support. That of course, is only if it's even possible. Was
just listing the options.

There's actually two troubleshooters you can take a look at (that are essentially the same,) unfortunately in my experience... Xbox Support is somewhat limited on what they can do about account's being hacked/on the suspicion of an account being hacked.
The user/customer effected more often than not has to resolve the problem manually because there's some stipulations on the ability of anyone being able to simply claim 'oh my account's being hacked' and then they just give false information and try to get
someone else's account. That's the age of the internet for you. It has honestly happened to me before, but that's why these two pages below exist.

Support, in this case, should be used as a last resort... should these pages not work... be very persistent and keep trying support until you get a hold of someone.

Hello again, yes, it is possible, if a hacker or someone has access to your account it manages to delete all the data, if it happened to your account it was hacked.

And the best way to get it back is from the form you filled out.
