Account getting locked by Microsoft

My name is oneeyewezel. My daughters account keps getting locked by Microsoft. Can anyone please explain why. It says it detected activities that violates there account but she only plays roblox and a few others i downloaded. Her account wont sign into the
xbox. I have log in and unlock it. No family account cuz her age is over 18 on xbox. Thank you for yalls time

Once logged in with the mentionned account did you check from the Enforcement site if any action was applied, if so you
will find the reason why.

It will tell you more about your GamerTag ban if you have one. Can you post back in here and tell us what it says? Make sure you are logged into your MS account associated with the GamerTag before you go to the page.

The enforcement team do not use the forums. You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible for one.

Remember that letting others log in or use your account is against the terms of use. You are always responsible for your own account.
