    Account getting banned for no reason at all


    On my Xbox one account, my username has apprently been banned from talking in message, party and matchmaking for no reason as I haven't dont anything inappropriate at all. I go and look at my enforcement details for my account and it proves that
    I have a perfect reputation and I haven't been reported at all. I would love this problem to be sorted as soon as possible as this is just really stupid and I shouldn't be dealing with this problem.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    You do not get suspended for "no reason".

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site
    here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    Your rep has nothing to do with whether you can be suspended or not.
