    After latest Preview update, I can no longer access My Account settings or My Games on my 360.

    Getting Status Code : 8015000a-00b96084-1ed9e66e for My Account

    8015000a-00000000-00000000 for My Games

    X Box One - Things You Need to Know

    Digital games are tied to the account that purchased them so if that is the previous owners account and they have removed it, the games are no longer accessible.

    Xbox Live Confusion?

    Xbox Live is free.

    You can make a Gold account, or a Silver account.

    The Gold account gives you access to access to play online, along with free monthly games and weekly deals. This has a fee.

    The Silver account gives you access to Xbox Live and apps, but you just can't play online or get the free games. This is free.

    This issue has been posted in the Xbox 360 Preview forums. We're aware that this issue is affecting a multitude of users in the Xbox 360 Preview and some users on the public build and are investigating and working towards a solution.
