Account Gamertag Found Offensive and Changed?

Hi Xbox Enforcement Team,

Earlier today, My Gamertag was changed due to the fact that it was supposedly offensive. I do not see why it was offensive, and I would wish to have the gamertag that I paid for back. Thank You

Forced Name Change

The term is a derogatory term and is quite inapropriate to use in a gamertag. If your previous gamertag was found to be offensive the enforcement term now issue a randomly generated gamertag to your account and if you want to change it to something else
you will need to pay

6 hours ago enforcement change my gamertag for because they said that my old gamertag was offensive. My old gamertag was kiiike but this is my real name in spain, that is not offensive. Looking at web i found that is really offensive in english
but not in spanish,i didnt know nothing about that.

I will pleasure that my gamertag was change for free for quiiique because is not my fault that my real name is offensive in other lenguage.

Once the enforcement team has determined that a gamertag is offensive there is no way to change it back and you will have to pay for any future changes. Word of warning if you try to do the same or similar Gtag it is highly likely it will be force-changed
again if reported and found offensive.

Oh and if you do not understand why it was so deemed feel free to review the ToU . You can try going to the enforcement posts and asking but they might not be able to tell you

 

Just because you didn't find it offensive doesn't mean others weren't offended by it.
