    Hi, I am the owner of the account “” and I was wondering if there was anyway I could redeem the amount due to change my gamertag. The reasoning is because when I was typing my gamertag on the date of February 25,2016 I clicked the n key once and

    Although accidents have been known to happen here and there in regards to this situation, normally you cannot have more than one gamertag attached to a microsoft account.

    You accidently created a new gamertag and Microsoft account. If you forgot your password on your original account you may go to
    http://account.live.com and try to do a password recovery there to get access to your original account.

    Otherwise all your achievements, your gamertag and your subscriptions are gone, add you will not be able to transfer any of them to another gamertag.

    if you're trying to use an email that's already set up on another gamertag then youll need to swap that gamertag onto a new email or just create a new Hotmail or outlook account for your gamertag.

    The gamertag that has your actual email address that you wanted to use, did you want to keep that gamertag or was it something that was set up accidently?
