    So it turns out that the very first suggestion fixed my account problem. There wasn't a error code coming up it was just saying account not allowed. Re-downloading the account fixed it immediately.

    The advice to delete the account, do a reset and then redownload your profile is a normal solution to fix errors like that. By doing that you fix errors like a corrupt file. So there was nothing wrong with the advice from the support team.
