Account Falsley Communications Banned Permanently

Hi, On August 16th, my account was communications banned and gaming banned for two weeks until August 30th. The time came around for me to be unbanned and when I get on Xbox that day, I tried to send a message to one of my friends but it said I still couldn't
because of past behavior. I thought maybe I just had to wait another day and I would be fine. The next day I got back on and it was still saying I was banned. I went to the enforcement site and where it previously said "banned until August 30th" it now said
nothing but the effects of being communications banned. It's been like this for nearly 2 weeks now and I really want to know why this is happening. I think I may be permanently banned because prior to this, I was communications banned five times but I've seen
this happen to others who have only been communications banned once. Please help.

Communications Ban Appeal

I have been communication banned for life for no reason and would like it appealed because i have only gotten a 1 day communication ban and out of the blue i got permanently communication banned please Unban me for communications.

Acct Banned - questions

Yeah, if his account got banned, there is probably a good reason, unfortunately. This isn't an official Microsoft site, but if you call them, they should be able to help you. Hopefully it's a temporary ban and not a permanent ban. You can also call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. I hope this helps!

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

Hi guys. You may try contacting Xbox Chat Support to check if you are having a Console Ban. And there's none, please do have your account verified on this link : Sign in to your Microsoft account

And once done, please do proceed on deleting the profile >> hard reset for the console >> re-downloading the profile

Not all the enforcement actions on your account appears on your enforcement history, as only you will see the communication bans and permanent bans

I believe you have not been successfully unbanned and there is still a communications ban on your Xbox Live account by the enforcement team. There is nothing you can do to lift that ban unfortunately if it is permanent, however if not permanent you should
see your communications ban lifted after a couple of days, weeks, or months even. I hope this answers your question.
