Account falsely banned

my account that I’ve been playing on since I was seven and have totaled almost 5000$ on, has been banned for apparently calling for fake refunds which of none were in that nature. There is also Minecraft worlds I made with my grandpa while suffering of cancer
and now the only memories I have of him are ashes, it breaks my heart that the enforcement team can be so unfair as to take away all my progress and money. Thanks,

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

 

Banned / Hacked

I'm applying to be unbanned, and not why I was banned. I got falsely banned because someone hacked my account and cheated on it.

 

The only thing that you would be able to do is go to the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review were you can appeal the suspension and they will reinvestigate the report and let you know if they can lift the suspension.

That is the only way to contact the enforcement team and the only way that a suspension can be lifted.

The enforcement team does not use these forums.
