Account "Fake Joyz" banned forever, and for no reason.

Hello, i had contacted this forum many times regarding this situation mainly because of the issue within it. my account had gotten suspended forever, due to theft within "accounts". Basically what happened is that when i came on the xbox one day, i had seen
much games and downloadable content i have never seen before. later that day, i decided to contact xbox, and by then i knew the result was going to be a refund, but to who? so then after the call, guessing the refund would go to myself thinking since the game
was need for speed: pursuit, i instantly guessed my cousin was on it since he played it on the 360 and i signed my account in on their xbox because i visited and we were simply just playing some black ops 2 on coop, i didnt think of it. until some weird things
started to happen. i saw destiny: the video game show u, saw backward compatible games, etc. and i decided to call again. the worker then explained to me that the purchases are, of course, not mines and i knew it was something deeper than what i seemed to
know of it. then to figure out the games came from an account that linked itself on mine, and a glitched happened to where the worker noticed i didn't link the way the player that got my account did. So the worker decided to investigate the account, with the
usual report they would send to the email. next thing i know, later throughout the month of december, about 2-3 weeks later i think, i got suspended while playing gta 5 out of nowhere. i got hit with a permanent ban, just shocked, and to this day, i have never
seen a solution to this wrongful ban/suspension. please help, thanks.

My account Kingdez212 has been banned forever and i have no email for the reason. What going on?

 

[Mod Removed] is wrong with the Xbox enforcement team

The Xbox enforcement team does not know how to do their job. For example someone can curse you out and all you say is
[Mod Removed] and you get reported like DF .Also if you're game shuts down from Xbox's crappy servers and connection you get reported. My friend's account got banned forever for no reason .I think Xbox should have an account rehab program if
account gets banned forever or you just 10$ to get your account back. [Mod Removed]

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

here where you can file for a case review if eligible.
