    Account error


    My Minecraft game on my laptop says there is an error code with my account. I will be unable to use the marketplace until the issue is resolved. I have none of my texture packs, skins, or coins connected to my game. Please help me understand what the issue

    Best thing to do is contact support, 1-800-4MY-XBOX, and let them know the verification email is no longer valid, and follow the steps they give you to get through the situation.

    Ok, if you meet the criteria but are still having trouble changing regions then give Phone Support a call and they can do a manual transfer for you

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue with your account. However which account are you referring to? The Microsoft account or the Mojang account? It also sounds like you logged in with a different email. As you do not have any of your
    purchases. Let us know any additional information so we may assist you better.
