Account enforment

I got a 24h enforcement on my account cause i dolt someone to leave me alone because i was being borthered on a game once i didt he reported me and im paying for him killing me back to back....can someone help me remove this because now i cant talk to my friends because a stranger decided to be extra....thanks in advance. And hes making fun of me cause now im suspended and he keeps messaging me...this is annoying...

You can try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com Otherwise, if you still have your console set as your Home console, you can still access the game's from a new account.

I was wondering if there is a way to reach enforcement team the other two options don't really help at this point
