So I jumped back into Smite since I hadn't played in awhile, immediately get a message from some person saying how trash I am and so I respond asking what the issue was and then he goes off again and so I stated I knew why I hadn't been on Smite in so long
which is because the player base are rude trash talkers.... He reports that message and I get banned even though they go off and call me a douche bag and states "ur so stupid", clearly a cream of the crop player here. Found it funny I got banned so I just
reported all their dergatory remarks. People are snowflakes these days, can dish it out busy sure as hell can't take it. Hey Xbox support, how about you read the conversation to single out the antagonist before you place a ban.

Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

XBox Live Suspension

Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

It does not matter who starts the conversation if you do ANYTHING that violates the code of conduct https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct and are reported then your account would be subject to an enforcement action.

The ONLY thing you can do in a situation like that is Report, block, and mute the other player.

If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.
But on that event that you have already submitted a case review and the decision was upheld then there is nothing that can be done. - Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review. To make a Case Review - Click

Any Xbox Live member with an active enforcement action may submit a case for review through the account's Enforcement History, provided the enforcement meets the following requirements:

The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length

The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months

The account enforced has an age set as 18+ (in case of a minor's account only the parental account can apply for a case review)

In case of a permanent device ban you can't file for a review.

If it was changed by the Enforcement Team for whatever reason, then it should probably have some information at the enforcement website: https://enforcement.xbox.com/

It may be worth signing into your Xbox account at the enforcement website and see if it mentions any enforcement actions against your account on there.
