Account enforcement? Can't access Master Chief Collection on PC

Hello,

I seem to have a problem with my account which I can not figure out. So I stopped playing xbox years ago and recently decided to buy Halo: The Master Chief Collection on Steam and eventually Halo: Infinite (the campaign) as well. The problem occurred when I tried to sign into my Microsoft account to access the MCC content. It states my account is suspended from xbox live. Well no biggie I am sure this is a mistake so I went around to check what was wrong with my account and ended up checking my enforcement history on enforcement.xbox.com. Pictured is the result. As mentioned I do not even own an xbox anymore and have not played in several years. I tried to submit a case review however the website is bugged? and I am unable to even sign in to submit one either on firefox or chrome. I have no idea what to do from here. Regardless it sucks that I can not access the content I have purchased, I am just glad I found out before I bought Halo: Infinite as well. The question is... where do I go from here? Is there someone I can talk to that will clear this up for me?

As far as I know, only the Enforcement team can enact or change conditions of an Xbox account. Xbox support, and the normal channels of Xbox outside of the enforcement team have no say or power in discussing, sharing, or supporting users who may be having issues with the status of their account. If you can, I would try submitting a case review. Only thing that I can think of is that the account may be suspended, banned, or permabanned, however only the enforcement team can access and share those actions.

No, I got insider access to reach on Xbox, but I forgot to remove that I wanted access to xbox and to only get access to PC.

Its the Reach version of the Master Chief Collection

It's a part of the Master Chief Collection, as an add-on, so you'll need to install the Master Chief Collection and access it from there. It's not a stand-alone title.

Did you install via the Windows 10 Store or Steam or for Xbox?
