Account Email Transfer with Possible Cancellation requirement.

My situation is I have two Xbox Live accounts, one is called HanchoGrande and the other is . HanchoGrande is connected to my primary email address, let’s say *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, but is my preferred Xbox Live account and is connected to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

What I want to do is find a way to disassociate HanchoGrande from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, either delete it or transfer it or whatever I can, so that I can transfer from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

I'm sure there is a way to do this if I looked for it, but I just would feel so much better if somebody explained it to me directly instead.

Not possible. It's transferable across generations, but not across accounts since the data is tied to the account.

My account has been linked to my mother's email address, and I would like to transfer the account to a new email address. Is this possible?

there is a way to do it, but it has some requirements to be able to execute it.

Sorry for the delay in getting back, my HDMI broke and I couldn't even attempt the change. But to no avail now that I did try, it won't let me.

 

Also be aware that a profile will need to be on a console for at least 30 days, without it being downloaded again. Also changing any security settings will also reset that 30 day timer.

If the accounts have been on that console for at least 30 days and you didn't change any setting that can trigger the 30 day timer to reset then you might want to contact Xbox Support to see if they can determine why it isn't allowing you to change. To contact

I made very sure of that, and had a long talk with one agent Nova who ultimately proved unhelpful despite her best efforts, both via console and online. I still would love to know why, but neither I nor support can apparently fathom this issue.
