Account Email Problem, Email address Not Valid. PLEASE RESOLVE

So let me explain this situation. My account was created in 2008. When the account was established the email entered to create the account is not accurate. It reads *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** this being said. The format should be *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. Somehow the brilliant system
that was in place accepted this email address for use. I have never once received a email from Microsoft or the Xbox live division. Now over 5 to 6 years without this account. I am trying to recover it. I CANNOT RECEIVE EMAILS FOR A PASSWORD RESET WITH THE
EMAIL THAT IS BEING USED.

Can they see the account in the system? YES

Have they changed my alternate email address? YES

Have they updated my phone number on the account? YES

I have went through all of the proper steps for a password reset. I have provided all the information they have requested.

I HAVE TALKED WITH 10 DIFFERENT XBOX ASSOCIATES. NOT A SINGLE ONE HAS RESOLVED ANYTHING.

How hard is it to TAKE THE "MAIL" OUT OF "YAHOOMAIL.COM" So I can receive a PASSWORD RESET.

I have gave thousands of dollars to Microsoft over the past 10+ years.

You figure they could at least hire people that know how to resolve issues and not push it on to the next person. OR KEEP TELLING YOU TO WAIT 72 HOURS FOR A EMAIL THAT NEVER COMES.

I will be glad to give further information into this matter. I am sure people have gone through the same issue that I am having.

I have several ticket numbers for the issue if any Microsoft agent decides they want to actually fix the problem.
