Account email and password allegedly don't match

In other words the emails don't match up so I was wondering if I can change it so it ask for the new email and password.

When I go to sign in the password to my email don't match or it belongs to another profile, how can I correct this?

First. If it is a forced password change not a password reset

If you have a google account or use chrome do a security check

If you don't have a mixed character password like @pP13w0r8 then.you do need to make password that matches the password policy

It shouldn't matter if the email address is inactive, as long as you have the password to the Live account (not necessairally the email password).

Is the problem that you don't know the password to the live account?
