Account downloads

I was just wondering is there any way (NOT INCLUDING LICENSE TRANSFER)to give another account games or dlc you have purchased even if it means you remove it completely from one account because my friend got me a xbl gift card but i couldnt use it because
it was in a different region so i made an alternative account put it on there and it allows me to play it but I was wondering is there any way i can take it off my alt account and put it on my main account without re-purchasing the dlc and game i downloaded

You can download the game from your account, once his account has your xbox set to "home"

Selling xbox one question

It's the same as it's always been. They are on the console so will stay on the console for all accounts. If however they get deleted from the console only your account can download them again. So yes, the "purchase" is tied to your account but anybody can play them on the first console they were downloaded to.
