"Account does not exist" on some websites and apps but not others.

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

Thank you for the response, to my knowledge all of my security details and account information is there and up to date. I cant change what browser i log in as for the app i want to log in has a login in built into it.

Hello Harry, I don't know which website or service you're trying to sign in with your Microsoft account but it could be a browser issue, if you're using Chrome, try logging in through Edge, or Opera GX.

The most important thing is that you are able to log into the website below and verify that your account is set up correctly, with your information and security number and email added.

If you deleted the account, you most likely will not be able to recover an account because it doesn't exists anymore. Some websites allow users to recover their account within 30 days before it is gone for good. I am unsure what Microsoft does with accounts.
