Account/device was hacked, how to get refund for unwanted transactions?

Hi,

I'm pretty sure my account was hacked recently: after I bought a custom xbox controller on the official Microsoft Store from my pc, strange and unwanted transactions started to be made in all the games I play: some chests and packs
in Rocket League, some of the most expensive cards in GTA5 and a pack in Fortnite. The strange thing is that it seems that this person is also playing the games, as the chests in Rocket League were opened and some vehicles disapperead in GTA5. How can I deal
with this situation? I already changed my password and removed all the payment option. Can I contact Microsoft in some way to be sure that this person is now out of my account? I would also like a refund for all this unwanted items, they cost me more than
200 euros and I would like to not loose all that money for something I didn't want.

My points were stolen. What do I do?

Someone hacked my account and spent all my points on some fifa dlc. How do I contact Microsoft to ask for refund? It's US account.

 

There are no refunds for unauthorized transactions.

You can review your sign in history of your account here -

You'll see IP Addresses, Times and Approx. Locations of where your account has been signed in. This would help you identify if there were unauthorized activity or maybe a friend using your account to make purchases.

You'll have to contact your bank to have them dispute the charges as fraud on your account.

The only way someone is able to use your account is if they have your exact email address and password.

 

I've never granted access or given login information to anyone, so it can't be a friend. The really strange thing that's almost unexplicable for me is that there are no other devices other than my pc and my xbox. No strange logins, nothing. Could it be someone
who entered my pc or xbox rather than my account? That's the only explanation I can find

 

You would want to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. If they do find the that account was out of your hands, they do usually issue a refund. http;//support.xbox.com/contact-us
