Account developer issue.Need enforcement Team Help.

Hi my Microsoft account is david roff, from my student portal im trying to get ready for my big assignment by doing the following here . https://www.dreamspark.com/Student/Xbox-Game-Development.aspx
the problem im having is section #3. Register.

3. Register.

To register for the Xbox LIVE Indie Games program, you’ll need to use your newly verified Microsoft Account. Create a free Xbox Live account on Xbox.com. You’ll need
to add your billing address. The billing address is required to validate your residence. You will not be charged. If you do not provide your billing address, you will not be able to register for free in the Xbox Live Indie Games portal as a student later.

Visit Xbox Live Indie Games Portal Registration and complete the registration steps. Make sure you input your Microsoft Account that you just created as the email address,
and choose ‘’I am a student’’ to register for free. Note that you if previously had an App Hub account which needs to be renewed; you will have to create a brand new Xbox Indie Games Portal account and preferably a new Microsoft account too, in order to avail
of the free registration offer.

My problem consist that after following these instructions to no end , support telling me to post on the forum from chat service live help that this isn't working it still wants me to pay when as a student i get it free. I wouldn't mind paying by all means
but im entitled to utilize it as student in school.well this issue had to be posted here so Enforcement team can eradicate the problem.Time of this problem being solved is of the essence as i have 2 weeks for final assignment to be ready for presentation.If

I need help it said my console was banned(PLEASE READ)

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

 

Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

 

Enforcement team ONLY handles enforcement of accounts (suspensions and bans, game score resets, and game tag replacements if tag is against rules), they do not post out of the suspension forums so they will be not able to help you with that issue you should
contact support by phone.

 

Look i admire you want to help , but they said post in the forum , a 16 min hold time and no help !This is frustrating , just getting a loop and no help.Please if not a proper staff that can't help , don't reply . Its a waste of time and im not looking
for second guess or inerudite guesses on such things.

 

We got it fixed , don't remember his name but Enforcement handles all main and developer accounts. Now i have my title , and am good to go for school.This thread can be closed/locked.Thanks for the rush on this sucks they deleted the one Bugged account
though , oh well.
