Account details not refreshing.

I cant purchase anything off the Xbox store. I was trying to download The Division earlier but kept getting the "use a diffrent way to pay" message, this puzzled me because i know i have money in my bank account. I went into my account details and noticed
that i had an outstanding EA Access bill which was still linked to my recently expired card, so i sorted out the details and paid the £4 i owed, however i still cant use my new card which i've been using up until last week. Can anyone help me?

New Dashboard issues (preview member)

both triggers +y to refresh your dash. Log out of your account sign in to another account the hard reboot. Once u reboot log into your regular account. This should force the Xbox to refresh the Xbox live data that has become stale. If it does not report the bug to the Xbox team.

Thanks for the reply =) Refreshing does nothing. I tried a couple accounts I have too. Same problem greyed out and cant re-enter details at all. Tried multiple browsers. I guess I'll have to phone in my problem as you suggest.

Have you tried doing it fr I mean
http://account.xbox.com/ seeing if you can add or remove the card from there if not add the card then power cycle your console it shou I do allow you to purchase it then or you can purchase the game from the Xbox website if you do that it will automatically
down load to type system. I hope this helps and clarifys things

I recommend you to maybe to refresh your accounts by deleting them and make a new one

If it has an account with the details you may have to sign your details in again when bringing your account back up

Top right-hand corner under your gamertag click on 'Sign Out'. Once the page has refreshed click on 'Sign In' and enter the details for the account you wish to use.

Hi,

I contacted Xbox Support and it seems you can actually try re-downloading the account to your console, to refresh it's details. If this doesn't seem to work, please post saying so.
