Hi my account potatoman11 got deleted I want to know y it got hacked then banned now delved I want to know if it got deleted

I had the same problem, you need to delete the account of your xbox after that u can add the account back.
Maybe that will also work for you.

No. Delete your account from your Xbox then login again. This should force it to re sync if it doesn't work contact support

 

If the account was banned you'll need to post in the suspension forums

If you believe the account to have been accessed by someone else you'll need to contact phone support and open an Unauthorized Access Ticket.
