Account Credit for Xbox Outages

We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns credit for recent outages for Xbox Live Services.

As stated within the Microsoft Service Agreement Section 6.B:

"We strive to keep the Services up and running; however, all online services suffer occasional disruptions and outages, and Microsoft is not liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result. In the event of an outage, you may not be
able to retrieve Your Content or Data that you’ve stored. We recommend that you regularly backup Your Content and Data that you store on the Services or store using Third-Party Apps and Services."

We apologize for the inconvenience, but as per our service agreement, there won't be any available form of compensation.

These sort of outages do occur from time to time on both XBL and PSN. Good luck with the 3 months of free gold. i'm sure we will all be credited for lost time if it's a major outage.

A refund is not likely. However you can check this link whenever you see xboxlive issues.

As Umbreawesome said, wait for Xbox to release a statement about it. The answer is probably not, because Xbox could not afford to give away thousands of dollars every time something in the system breaks. I'm sorry, but it's not us who can tell you- Xbox
LIVE Officials are the only ones who can confirm anything. Hope this helps out a little.

You'd have to wait for Xbox LIVE to make an official announcement regarding that, although I sincerely doubt that will be the case.
