    Account Credentials Problem


    So whenever I try to download my Xbox live account onto my 360, it tells me that I have an "account credentials problem" and tells me to go to
    https://account.live.com. I've been dealing with this for a good hour or so and I'm quite sure there's nothing there to help me. Now, I've looked at just about every post related to this issue and most don't even have
    replies so I'm not expecting this to get anything but I'm putting this out there just in case.

    I should add that I know for complete certainty that my username, email, and password are all correct as I've just logged into the same account on my phone.

    Digital download stopped working

    Not sure how you managed that but change the credentials on that account asap if you can.

    Bro i have the exact same problem i have tried all the things you have tried and mines not working either. When I called microsoft support they said its related to the current downloadable content problem they are having and to just wait until they resolve
    it. Im [Mod Removed – Profanity] they better fix it soon
