Account Creation Tool is in my game list, does anyone have this problem?

Hi,

When I went on Xbox.com to have a look at my games list then I noticed that I have Account Creation Tool is in my game list? I never had this before, does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I did not get any replies to this thread, however, I have found a solution and will keep this post here in case others have similar issues. Ultimately what resolved this issue was using the Media Creation Tool. It basically did an upgrade to my Windows
10 computer. I already had Windows 10 installed, but this tool does an "upgrade" but even though the build number remained unchanged, it resolved the issue completely. The "Upgrade' took about 30-40 minutes, but did resolve it. Here is the link to the Medial

my xbl account has been stolen

i was playing a game on cod 4 and i sighned out then my account disapeered and i checked my resent activity useong xbox.com and i was last seen playing

Account Creation Tool what do i do

 

It's only on Xbox.com, but not on Xbox One or the Xbox 360, How did I even get it in the first place?. I don't want it in my game list on Xbox.com.
