Account creation puzzle AND number code not working

I am trying to create a new account for my daughter, and when I get to the verification puzzle, both it and the number code will not work. I enter evcerything correctly, and yet it says I didnt.

I am having a similar issue - though I don't have a number code problem. It keeps restarting the Puzzle before I have a chance to finish it.

I am seeing a handful of complaints about this and I'm not sure what else to recommend since the voice option isn't working

On the bottom right of that verification window you get an audio option. Please click on that and you get a play button. Once you click on Play button be ready to make note of set of numbers. Enter those numbers on the verification box below and click Verify.

I have tried my phone, same issue. I will use the voice option, it will say "creating account", then just take me right back tot he puzzle. Then I do the voice again, and it says the voice option has been used to many times. it just never finishes the creation
