    Account creation failed: [100] Bad CD Key


    Hi, I have bought and installed the Age of Empire 3, when I tried to create ESO account, I was unable to do this and received an error: Account creation failed: [100] Bad CD Key.

    The game is a genuine game and was sealed when purchased.

    I bought the game so I can play online which I cannot do without the ESO account.

    Can you advise how to proceed please?

    try Another browser another Device So that usually help (to create steam Acc)

    and for 100 bad cd key. you have contact steam for that and ask for whats that mean

    Sorry to hear it. Apparently the CD Keys from physical copies no longer work. https://forums.ageofempires.com/t/help-bad-cd-key-error-100/27365/12

    I would recommend contacting the seller for a refund and look into getting the game from Steam as is suggested in that thread. Otherwise you could try contacting their support. Their email is listed in the link as well.
