Account Country is locked at United States but I am in India

Unfortunately, the Phillippines is not an officially supported Xbox LIVE region which is why you're not able to purchase this game. This game digitally is region locked, unfortunately there is some content on Xbox LIVE that is region locked, and it's not
possible to download from any other country except for the country that's tied to the account region.

In order to purchase/download region locked account you'd need to physically be in the United States as your country/region is also set to the United States.

You can use the Xbox One you purchase from the United States in India. The only two issues you'll have is the power adapter (more than likely US console will come with a 110v power supply), and the ability to purchase games digitally. I say this because the
console won't officially be available to your country until later there more than likely won't be a digital marketplace for your country on the Xbox One.

You should be able to use the games you purchase in the United States or anywhere else and they should work on the Xbox One as it won't be region locked.

As I just stated this content is region locked. Region locked content cannot be purchased and downloaded unless you are in the same exact country/region as where your account is registered. Your country "St. Lucia" is not a Xbox LIVE official country and
your registered country is the United Kingdom where you are not physically located at this point in time, therefore you will not be eligible for this offer.

But you're saying that it's available i all these countries right?

Then i just think it's very wierd that it hasn't yey gotten to Denmark, because some of the countries are neighbours to Denmark.......
